COVIDSafe at Cranbourne Osteopathy

The Covid-19 pandemic is an ever evolving one.

As restrictions and changes are announced we will update our social media channels so please head over there and give us a 'like' or a 'follow' to ensure you are kept up to date with the clinic.

During lockdown periods in Victoria there is a criteria set by the Department of Health which determines who can and can't be seen for face-to-face consults. Our team of osteopath's will determine who fits into the criteria. We have online screening questions that will be sent to all new clients to the clinic and sometimes to returning clients to enable us to meet these requirements.

What we are doing to be CovidSafe
The safety of our staff and clients is of utmost importance to us so we have implemented the following to maintain that safety.

  • All surfaces will be regularly cleaned throughout the day and between clients
  • Hand sanitiser is provided for you to use upon entering the clinic, and before and after making your payments
  • Our building has sanitisation stations at each entry point
  • All linen used in the clinic will be single use, this includes towels used during your appointment
  • We can offer Telehealth services if you cannot (or don’t want to) attend the clinic

What you can do to help
Here’s how you can help:

  • Do not attend the clinic if you are unwell, get tested and stay home until you have received a negative result
  • Check in via the Vic Services app upon arrival
  • Use hand sanitiser upon arrival
  • Follow any extra guidance from your osteopath or our reception staff
