Associate Osteopath
Grace is an osteopath who combines a strong clinical foundation with a practical, patient-centred approach to care. She holds both a Bachelor of Science (Osteopathy) and a Master of Health Science (Osteopathy) from Victoria University and enjoys helping people move more comfortably, recover from injury and achieve their individual health goals.
Before becoming an osteopath, Grace gained valuable experience working within both pharmacy and hospital settings, providing her with a broad understanding of healthcare and patient support. Her background also includes working as a sports trainer with local football clubs, where she developed skills in injury assessment, rehabilitation, taping, and return-to-sport management.
Throughout her clinical training, Grace completed placements across a variety of settings, including regional communities, where she worked with people managing persistent pain and complex musculoskeletal conditions. These experiences helped shape her holistic approach to treatment, recognising that every person’s health journey is unique.
Grace has a particular interest in combining hands-on osteopathic treatment with movement-based rehabilitation. She is currently expanding her expertise through Clinical Pilates training and enjoys incorporating tailored exercise strategies into her treatment plans to help patients build strength, confidence and long-term resilience.
Away from the clinic, Grace enjoys keeping active through strength training, netball and soccer. When she’s not moving, you’ll often find her behind a sewing machine working on her latest creative project.
Above all, Grace values building genuine relationships with her patients and believes that understanding your body is a key part of achieving lasting health outcomes. She is passionate about providing the knowledge, guidance and support people need to take control of their wellbeing.
